TO PARTICIPATE: Between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 4, 2011 and 11:59 PM ET on January 6, 2012 (“Promotion Period”), visit www.sunmaidprize.com and follow the directions provided to complete the registration form and find out if you are an instant winner via email notification. There will be a total of five thousand (5,000) randomly selected moments throughout the Promotion Period. All online game plays must be submitted by 11:59 PM on January 6, 2012 to be eligible. Limit one (1) registration and/or game play per person, per day. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per person or email address. Registrations and game plays received by any person, email address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Registrations and game plays generated by script, macro or other automated means and registrations and game plays by any means which subvert the participation process will be void. WINNER NOTIFICATION: If you are the first to play at a randomly selected winning moment, as determined and verified by Sponsor, or if no one plays at such moment, if you are the first to play immediately after such moment, as determined and verified by Sponsor, you will be sent an email stating the prize potentially won and providing instructions on how to redeem the prize (including prize claim deadline), subject to verification of eligibility, game play and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Following receipt of this email and verification of eligibility, winners will be sent a unique code within 72 hours to access their prize at www.activaterewards.com/sunmaidholiday. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. In the event a winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES (5,000): One (1) Hollywood Movie Money® ticket redeemable for two (2) movie admissions (up to $26 value total) to see a movie of choice at a participating theater. Winners will receive an email within 72 hours of confirmation of being a prize winner with a code to be used to activate the prize at www.activaterewards.com/sunmaidholiday. Codes can begin being activated upon receipt. Hollywood Movie Money unique code and ticket expire January 31, 2012. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Winner and guest must comply with all theater rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $26 per pair of tickets. Winners and guests will be responsible for travel to/from theater. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per person or email address. Unclaimed Instant Win Prizes will not be awarded. ARBITRATION: Participants and the Sponsor waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules or the Promotion (including any activity related thereto). Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.
